• WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) identifiers and business phone number identifiers.
• Business profile and account information made available through authorised Meta APIs.
• Messaging events and message sent, delivery, read and failure statuses.
• Incoming messages where the customer has enabled functionality requiring them.
• Message template information.
• Other information reasonably required to provide authorised WhatsApp functionality.

We access this information only when authorised by the relevant business customer and subject to the permissions granted through Meta. Our access does not extend beyond those permissions.

• User registration, authentication, one-time password (OTP) and account verification, and password-reset functionality.

• Providing WhatsApp Business integrations, sending messages on behalf of authorised business customers, and monitoring message delivery and status where required.

5. WhatsApp Messages and Customer Communications

Businesses using Trynovate may use the platform for authorised communications, including:

Each business is responsible for ensuring it has the appropriate legal basis, consent, opt-in and user permission where required for the communications it sends. 6. Multi-Customer Business Platform

Trynovate may provide its technology to multiple independent organisations. Each organisation may connect its own business communication accounts, including its own WhatsApp Business Account, WhatsApp business phone number and related authorised integrations.

Trynovate does not represent one customer's WhatsApp identity as another customer's identity. Information associated with customer integrations is processed in the context of the relevant customer account.

7. How We Share Information

Trynovate does not sell personal information. We may share information where reasonably necessary with:

• Technology and infrastructure providers.
• Communication service providers.
• Meta and WhatsApp when WhatsApp Business Platform functionality is used.
• Payment and service providers where applicable.
• Professional advisers where required.
• Government, regulatory or legal authorities when legally required.

Service providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

8. Meta Platform Data

Information received through Meta APIs is processed in accordance with applicable Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Platform requirements and the permissions authorised by the user or business.
